Dependable

Dependable
this is here

My Dad has always been there for my Mom, my younger brother and I... He's made our stuffed animals sing and dance to life to make us smile. He's cooked up the best dinners, taught us how to use bows and arrows, how to hunt, how to build, bake and roast a marshmallow just right while hunting, working and building to support his family. Whenever a toy broke, or an earring came apart, we'd come to Dad and he would have it fixed up in no time with his trusty superglue or screwdriver. He's always been there to help us fix something, or to make us smile if we're down. And he hasn't changed, even though now my brother and I are teenagers, he's dependable as he's always been. Just recently, for example, he helped me to build an entire pasture for my horses, built a brand new table for my Mom, and is helping my younger brother to become better at archery in hopes of doing some friendly competing over the summer. And of course, we eventually reach that subject of vehicles... Now, at seventeen, I'm preparing to take a drivers' test, and I'm still not totally confident. (Parallel parking, y'know??) I turned to my Dad for help, and he set up a 'course' for me outside and patiently taught me the proper way to park for several hours... Though he's a bit of a goof sometimes, my family and I love him and are hoping to give him the best Father's Day ever this year! :)
