My dad has been the rock of our family, he's worked hard and long to support us. He brought us to Canada from England to make a better life for us. He worked in construction all his life. He's worked in the cold, long hours and all so that we would have a good life. He never took holidays, he never took sick days, all he knows is hard work. Now that's he older, his body is worn down due to the extreme conditions of his job. He's never asked for much, all he wanted to know is that is family is safe and being cared for. We are truly loved and blessed to have a father like him. People say I'm a princess well its because he's always set high standards for me and for himself. Be the best and do your best. He's good to people and has a great sense of humor. He's a great cook and I mean the best and will cook anything for you in a heartbeat. He's my dad, the man, that I measure most men by and not to many match up to his level.
