Derek
My dependable dad is my husband Derek. He is someone who always gives his best to those around him. He works extremely hard for our family and that usually means very long hours for weeks straight. And usually when he's done working he is helping someone do something wether it's moving, giving someone a ride, fixing something, or anything anyone needs help with. He always makes time for our daughter he his her world and he always makes us feel like we are his. Currently We share a vehicle. I'm not saying we've over come some insane odds or anything like that I'm just saying my husband is an amazing husband father and friend and they are rare now a days I would love this for him.

Beverley I've known Derek since the day he was born and he's always put his family and friends first over himself. He is a compassionate caring young man, who works really hard. When he was little he developed meningitis and had to work really hard to overcome all the effects of the infection. He had to learn to sit, walk and talk. He never gave up, not for one minute, even when physio was tough. He has a great big heart and is very modest on it all. He's a great person and deserves to win.
Robyn I know Derick is a wonderful young man, and great father, husband. He makes a difference in the lives of those who know him and love him..we are blessed that he is a part of our family.

Mommaking9 Yes this guy is a great husband and dad. He would help anyone. He puts his family first and is a very proud daddy. His world is his little girl and his beautiful wife. He is a hard worker and works to support them. All around great and loving guy!!
