Daddy and our three munchkins
My husband and I recently just got married in May of this year. The boys are not his biological children they were from my previous relationship. Their biological father has not been in their life since I was three months pregnant with the youngest boy. My husband and I started dating two years ago and took my boys in as his own from day one that he met them. My oldest had a lot of trust and emotional due to his bio father telling him he hated him and wished he was never born. Since my husband came into our lives my oldest has gone through a huge transformation. He laughs again, he excels in school, and Neil has been an excellent role model for him. He takes him fishing, was his soccer coach last summer and they recently got started with teaching him how to shoot a bow. In December of 2014, Neil legally adopted my boys and that was a very happy day for our family. The girl is Neil's daughter from a previous relationship. The mother kept us out of her life for a year and we missed her first birthday and a lot of very important moments in her life. Neil never stopped going to court and lawyers and we have been fighting for her and finally got her back in our lives in September of last year. We are now trying for our fourth and last child. If it wasn't for Neil coming into our lives my boys would be very different from what they are now and I don't think our oldest would be the kid he is now. He is there for every family event. He saved these kids and is a very loving father.
