My dad is one of a kind truly. Throughout my life my dad has worked endless hours hauling across the country so that my sister and I could have everything we ever wanted an needed. We haven't always had an ideal family situation but no matter what has happened he has stuck by me. Even now as he is battling cancer and even when I am going to school provinces away he still finds the time to be my backbone and to help me when ever he can. He is one of the most selfless persons I have ever met. He now has 2 granddaughters who he loves more than life itself. They are the loves of his life and he would do absolutely anything for those little girls. He loves going to all of the concerts and recitals that they have as well as goofing around and making them giggle. They are his world and he is theirs. No matter what life throws at him he continues to live it with a smile and always helping his family with whatever he can. I want to have the relationship he has with his kids with my kids one day. He is the #1 dad and I'm not just saying that because he is my dad. He deserves the world.
