Born To Be a Super Dad

Born To Be a Super Dad
this is here

More than two decades ago, my husband thought of migrating in Canada. When we visited the embassy back home, the requirements spelled DIFFICULT on our faces. Discouraged? He was not. He looked for work abroad and from there the journey began. It proved to be a very long and rough one. One day after so many years, he came home with a huge envelop and smile that almost cut his face in half and squealed like a little girl, “We’re going to Canada!” The most awaited move eventually happened. With a luggage for each one, we're welcomed by the cool SK’s June breeze four years ago. We are thankful for our new life but the start wasn’t easy. We were lucky to find jobs right away but from designing to blueprints, our DD mopped and scrubbed; from supervising projects, he unclogged toilets and cleared pathways. He embraced every job with smiles and best efforts. His journey of becoming an engineer locally is still not complete because he allowed me to complete mine first. My list would be endless to best describe him from being an excellent cook to being the most loving dad & husband. He will pout when you mention laundry but he's always willing to drive us around and explore. We hope he wins this contest and make the truck his trophy for all his hard work and love. The travel has been long and rough indeed and we still have miles to go but because of our Dependable Dad, it’s much easier. If he wins, our next “drive around” looks promisingly great!
