My dad is the most amazing father in the world. I am a single mother with one son. i work in a mine so I can provide for my sons needs in life and sports. My dad quit his job in Alberta to come home and help me raise my son whose an elite athlete in hockey and ball.He helps me support my son, he drives my son to his practices, games and activities. He has taken over the father role of what any father would do for his child. My dad chuck helps me keep the family value alive with my son by teaching him to be a humble man, to live in faith and believe in himself that anything can be possible to achieve in life. My father always ensures my sons needs are meet so Talon can focus on his goals of hockey and ball.When my son needs to workout, papa is there to motivate and always makes him work hard at his exercises. My father is traditionally old fashion of his ways but he always says he also learns of his grandson of how he takes life with such a content way and goes with the flow of things whether there bad or good! His favourite saying is I love learning the new ways of life off my grandson he teaches me more patients, more love for life of how he carries himself of being raised by one parent. My father and son are the best of friends, yes they butt heads from time to time but nothing can break the bond of two men learning life together as one is growing into a man and the other is still learning as a grown man. Not a day goes by I thank the good Lord for my father.
